Luckily Dana was our tour guide and she did an amazing job. She told us about her personal connection right at the beginning and you could really get a glimpse of someone that was directly connected to this tragedy. She told many stories from several people that really emphasized how affected everyone still is today. We got to see places that we didn't know existed. Dana showed us the memorial site of the fire station and the Koenig's-sphere, we would’ve never known without her. She waited for everyone and made sure that everyone in the group felt good by offering options to sit whenever she could. I felt like I was in really good hands and I'm so thankful for her time. We came all the way from Germany and we're so glad we got to hear her story. Our deepest condolences to her and her family for the loss of her brother, he would be so proud of her today, keeping his legacy alive.

I brought my 13-year-old grandson to NYC for his birthday. This was one of the things he wanted to do and see. Dana, our tour guide, did not disappoint us. She brought many personal stories into the stops that made us feel her thoughts and feelings of the 9/11 event. We both highly recommend Dana for anyone taking a 9/11 tour.

Dana did a fantastic job of bringing us back to that day. The shock of the attack, the immediate response from first responders, and the loss of loved ones. Sharing the loss of her brother and others that day made the tour so personal. Explaining the meaning of the memorials and where hallowed ground is made this such a personal experience. My wife and I talked a lot about our memories of that day. Her office was evacuated as it was on the flight path to O’Hare. Friends scrambling to get out of downtown Chicago. Dana was amazing! Her knowledge of all the events was exceptional! Her personal stories are very touching. And it's that kind of person that you want to have give you a tour because they really care.

I highly recommend this tour and words cannot say enough about our tour guide, Dana, she is full of stories, sad and happy. She has a personal connection to 9/11. The sadness this had on the world and the loss of life is horrific, but Dana somehow manages to make it enjoyable and is so interesting to listen to. The museum is also worth the time (even though it is sad).
